Placing an order through our website is deemed to constitute your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Prices
Prices and any delivery costs include value added tax at 17.5%. We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect any increased costs.
Our Handcrafted Products
Each hair accessory is individually handcrafted, and therefore you should anticipate some slight variation on each design when comparing an image on screen to the item you receive. Image colours may vary on monitors and be slightly different than the actual material colour. All sizes quoted are approximate.
ALL clips are made to be worn on the LEFT side of the head, if you require otherwise or require pairs please include a note in your order in the space provided.
Safety Warning
Please be aware that a hair accessory is a decorative product which contains small parts and is not a toy, so should only be used responsibly at an adults discretion. You use the hair accessory entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents arising from the wearing of hair accessories . It is your sole responsibility to ensure you use this product safely and supervise your child at all times.We recommend that you remove your child's hair accessories before sleeping, in the car seat (when they are out of your reach) and at daycare etc because our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard. Our hair accessories are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, you agree that Goldelox accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products. Thank you!
Postage
Hair Clips and Headbands/Bobbles:
All hair clip and headband/bobble orders will be processed and despatched within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there will be a delay in despatching any order, we will contact you immediately.
We deliver hair clips and headbands to all areas of the UK and
Northern Ireland for a one off charge of £1.99
Signed For Service, and to all other European
countries for £5.50, regardless of the number of hair clips or headbands
you order. Delivery to Countries outside the European Union are
charged at £8.50.
For our hairclips and headbands/bobbles we use
Royal Mail First Class for UK and Northern Ireland deliveries, and they
aim to deliver the next working day.
Missing Packages
(Recorded Signed For Only)
Royal Mail state that packages posted first class should arrive within
1 to 3 working days, however they can occasionally take longer. Royal
Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days (not weekends or
bank holidays) have lapsed and they will not process a claim until this
period has passed. We adhere to this timescale for replacing a missing
order as they often do arrive after taking the scenic route.
Please inform us if the package hasnt arrived within a few days of
despatch we will
then advise when the 15 working days has lapsed and ask you to let us
know if the package has arrived. Please do check with your neighbours
and your local sorting office as the postman may have inadvertently
forgot to put a card through your door! Once we file a missing parcel
claim with Royal Mail they may contact you to verify you have not
received the package and ask you to sign a declaration stating this.
Royal Mail will investigate as there may be a problem with your area,
they usually take 7 to 10 days to complete their investigation and only
then will they compensate for the loss. These timescales are set by
Royal Mail and we cannot shorten their process.
Refunds & Returns
Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair clips or headbands, we offer a 7 day satisfaction policy. Please contact us at customer-service@goldelox.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused. Mother and baby gifts are exempt from this policy and can only be returned if faulty.

Goldelox.co.uk does not have access to your credit and debit card details, Our site is protected by Rapid SSL Equifax Secure Certificate Authority* secure technology provided to us by our hosting service. Your payment details and card information are handled by a Rapid SSL Equifax Secure Certificate Authority* certified secure server. Transactions are encrypted to ensure your name, credit card, and other information about you is protected from outside intrusion. You can also tell when you are using the secure server by observing the change from "http://www." to "https://www." in the address bar at the top of your browser window and also a small padlock will be displayed.
All the personal information that you provide, for example name, address, and credit/debit card number are used solely to process the transaction. We do not sell your information to any third party. Neither do we trade or share your details with any third party. All credit and debit card information is processed direct by our payment service provider PayPal who is an approved payment solutions providers. Goldelox.co.uk does not have any access to your credit and debit card information.
Cookie

Cancellation

Payment for the items you wish to order can be paid for by a variety of methods, using Nochex,PayPal or Google Checkout which accepts all credit and debit cards including solo.
