Shipping & Returns

Hair Clips and Headbands/Bobbles:
All hair clip and headband/bobbles orders will be processed and despatched within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there will be a delay in despatching any order, we will contact you immediately.


All clips are made left handed, if you require them to be made right handed or require pairs please include a note in your order in the space provided.


We deliver hair clips and headbands to all areas of the UK and Northern Ireland for a one off charge of  £1.99 Recorded Signed For Service (someone must sign for the package when delivered), and to all other European countries for £5.50, regardless of the number of hair clips or headbands you order.  Delivery to Countries outside the European Union are charged at £8.50.

For our hairclips and headbands/bobbles we use Royal Mail First Class for UK and Northern Ireland deliveries, and they aim to deliver the next working day.


NB - Please do ensure you have the correct address information in your details as we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address if that is the info you have given in the system. If the package is delivered and not collected from the Post Office and is returned to us we would require the cost of the postage to be sent to us for us to resend the package.

Missing Packages (Recorded Signed For Only)
Royal Mail state that packages posted first class should arrive within 1 to 3 working days, however they can occasionally take longer. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days (not weekends or bank holidays) have lapsed and they will not process a claim until this period has passed. We adhere to this timescale for replacing a missing order as they often do arrive after taking the scenic route. Please inform us if the package hasn’t arrived within a few days of despatch we will then advise when the 15 working days has lapsed and ask you to let us know if the package has arrived. Please do check with your neighbours and your local sorting office as the postman may have inadvertently forgot to put a card through your door! Once we file a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail they may contact you to verify you have not received the package and ask you to sign a declaration stating this. Royal Mail will investigate as there may be a problem with your area, they usually take 7 to 10 days to complete their investigation and only then will they compensate for the loss. These timescales are set by Royal Mail and we cannot shorten their process.


Refunds & Returns
Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair clips, bobbles or headbands, we offer a 7 day satisfaction policy. Please contact us at customer-service@goldelox.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused. 

 

Complaints
Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

 

General
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in the UK, and will be governed by UK Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
